It's a different take on the Clinton scandal from Virginia Democrats.
They are opting for damage control rather than condemnation.
The state party's steering committee turned down resolutions over the weekend that would have officially condemned the President.
Instead, chairman Kenneth Plum will receive public relations guidance concerning the scandal surrounding the President.
[ss=none]

A former party chairman says the committee missed an opportunity to show leadership and credibility.
But Plum said it's time to move on.

The Reverend Jesse Jackson made stop in the Southwest Virginia Coalfields over the weekend.
At a stop in Castlewood Saturday, hundreds turned out to hear Jackson's message urging political involvement among Appalachia's residents.
The REverend said the poverty-stricken area has been forgotten by politicians because residents can't contribute enough to campaign funds.
Jackson is on a multi-state tour to encourage political involvement among Appalachian residents.
