Wilcox's lawsuit charges supervisors broke the law by allowing those facilities in that area.

Sigma-7 Products today announced its intention to aquire Delta Star Incorporated.
Sigma is offering Delta Star stockholders 15 dollars and 50 cents per share.. the total value of the deal is close to 15-million dollars.
Delta Star employs about 250 people in its Lynchburg facility.. they make electrical transformers for power companies.
Its headquarters are in California.
No one with Delta Star could be reached for comment about the offer.

That leaves the western district with just four teams. The Committee refused to combine the Western and Roanoke Valley.
Dan River and Tunstall asked for and received permission to return to the Piedmont.
