The highest court in the land will review Tommy David Strickler's case tomorrow.
[use file from 98-39, 1:06:49]
Strickler was convicted of capital murder in the death of a James Madison University student.
The U-S Supreme Court stayed his execution earlier this month so they can review the case and see if Strickler received a fair trial.
Eight documents concerning the prosecution's eyewitnesses were never revealed to Strickler's defense.
His lawyers say that Strickler might have been spared the death sentence if that information would have been available.

Students at Virginia Tech who are studying interior design are getting some help from a new teaching tool.
The students are learning the basics in kitchen design using five fully operational models, ranging from the most basic to the more elaborate.
The idea is to teach students how to design kitchens with different needs in mind...
For example: kitchens designed to make life easier for the handicapped or even families with young children.

usually the one who's wrong.
