A cadet at Virginia Tech has been named as a suspect in an international child pornography ring.
U-S Customs agents raided Cadet Mark Cowley's dorm room a month ago and seized his computer.
Federal Court documents- -unsealed today- -indicate Cowley corresponded with child molesters in England by way of the internet.
The British National Crime Squad found a picture of Mark Cowley in the British suspects' computer files... a photo of Cowley with a child.
There's also evidence that Cowley had been party to a private chat channel called the "Orchid Club."
Cowley is one of 197 suspects in 18 countries. He's still a cadet at Tech and has NOT been charged.[Boating-Educat
