SO WE DO THREE QUARTER CUPS OF BREAD CRUMBS. AFTER WE PUT IN THE THREE QUARTER CUPS. WE ARE GOING TO CRACK TWO EGGS IN THE BOWL OF BREAD CRUMBS. FIRST THING WE WANT TO DO IS PUT OUR TOMATO JUICE IN AN THIS IS REGULAR TOMATO JUICE AS OPPOSED TO V8. So you want V1 instead of V8, thats right. JUST ONE VEGETABLE. WE HAVE THREE SLICES OF BOILED HAM CUT INTO STRIPS AND WE ARE GOING TO LAY THIS OUT BEFORE WE ROLL THIS UP. THEN WE RE GOING TO TAKE ABOUT FOUR TO SIX OUNCES OF SHREDDED MOZZARELLA AND THIS IS NOT LOW FAT IT IS JUST REGULAR MOZZARELLA. You could just use sliced mozzarella but this is a little easier. HERE YOU GET A LITTLE MORE EVEN COVERAGE WHEN IT MELTS. So here we come with the main event I guess. NOW HERE IS THE TRICKY PART. So what am I going to do to help you out. What you are going to do is roll it over and pinch it in and roll it. We did it. THE WAY WE ROLLED IT WE GOT THE OUTER EDGE ON THE BOTTOM. THE KEY IS TO KEEP THE SARAN WRAP ON AND TO KEEP THE OUTER EDGE ON THE BOTTOM. ONCE IN THE DISH WE ARE GOING TO WRAP THE SARAN WRAP OFF AND WHAT WE WANT TO DO IS SLID IT OFF. AND THERE WE HAVE IT. ONE LAST THING YOU WANT TO REMEMBER IS TO KEEP THE ENDS CLOSED TO KEEP THE INGREDIENTS INSIDE. WELL WE SAT AROUND AND TALKED FOR AN HOUR, LET'S TAKE IT OUT AND SEE WHAT WE HAVE. It smells good. THE GARLIC REALLY SMELLS WONDERFUL AND THEN WHEN YOU PULL IT OUT. IT LOOKS A LITTLE UNUSUAL, BUT IT REALLY LOOKS PRETTY WHEN YOU SLICE INTO IT.
