As part of the plea agreement, Quinshawn Booker will live in a home for troubled boys until he finishes its program.

He will also be on probation until he turns 21.
Booker could spend up to 25 years in prison IF he gets in any more trouble with the law.

But even though the bill passed, many lawmakers complained they never had the chance to read it- IT was congerssional leaders that agreed on the bill with the White House.

From the Tech women's court, former Lord Botetourt standout and Hokie sophomore guard Sarah Hicks will miss the entire 1998-99 season due to an injured shoulder sustained during preseason workouts.
Hicks is scheduled to undergo surgery next week and will receive a medical redshirt. Sarah underwent the same surgery on her left shoulder at the end of last season.
Hicks played in 25 games as a freshman on a team that won the A-10 tournament and made it to the NCAA tournament.
