That's according to Roanoke's chief prosecutor who has completed his review of the incident.

A mother whose 23- day old infant died after being severly dehydrated is facing criminal charges.
Twenty-seven year old Crystal Johnson was charged with felony neglect in a two-count indictment yesterday.
Prosecutor Alice (EE-kurch) Ekirch says Princess Johnson tested positive for cocaine at birth.
The mother is not charged in that regard.

Baugh says everyone has a right to express his opinion -- even if it's controversial.
If Black is convicted on cross-burning charges, he could serve five years in prison.

A death row inmate from Danville still awaits an exuction date, but he already knows he won't be getting any help from the the U-S Supreme Court.

Yesterday the high court declined Percy Levar Walton's appeal without comment.
Walton pleaded guilty last year to three counts of capital murder.
