What looked like holiday generosity may have been fraud.
Investigators say Jody Pendleton donated 340 bicycles to the Bikes or Bust Campaign.
Authorities say the problem is that he bought them with a bogus check.
Pendleton was free on bond from a previous check-kiting case when he allegedly made the purchase.
A federal judge revoked his bond and ordered him to jail.
W-D-B-J Seven was a co-sponsor of the Bikes or Bust Campaign.

Pulaski police have some suspects in a fatal shooting at an apartment complex.
19-year-old John Christopher Dean was shot several times at the Washington Square Apartments on Monday night.
He was pronounced dead at Pulaski Regional Hospital.
Investigators say three possible suspects turned themselves in yesterday.
One, a man from South Carolina, has been charged, with illegal possession of a firearm.
Police believe the shooting came after an argument earlier that night between a friend of Dean and a resident of the apartments.
