Nolan Ryan, the greatest power pitcher of all-time received the second highest number of votes ever. He was named on just under 99 percent of the ballots.
Ryan had 5714 strikeouts and seven no hitters.
He is joined in this class by the classy Geroge Brett. He was named on 98 percent of teh ballots. That's fourth best all-time behind only Ty Cobb, Ryan and Tom Seaver.
The other player ot make it in this year is Robin Yount, the two-time american league MVP for the Brewers.
