It took crews almost 12 hours to repair the broken pipe.
There's no word yet on what caused it to break.

Another traffic accident yesterday left one person dead and another injured.
It happened in Campbell County along Route 29.
Authorities say the driver, Russell Lee Vanord, hit a patch of ice, lost control, then slammed into a tree.
He died later at Lynchburg General Hospital.
Vanord's wife Joan was also injured and taken to the hospital.
She's in serious but stable condition.

A Roanoke firefighter was taken to the hospital following a fire last night that took about three hours to put out.

The blaze broke out at an abandoned house near the corner of Elm Avenue and Second Street.
It started in the basement but officials do not know the cause.
Firefighter Larry Spraker was injured when some plaster fell on him while fighting the fire.

The group of eight adults and six children were detained by Israeli police, who suspected they were planning to instigate violence to hasten the second coming of Christ.

The group has denied any wrongdoing... and no charges were filed against them in Israel.

A judge has found a Franklin County woman and her former boyfriend guilty of abusing the woman's 19-month old son.
Last summer Rebecca Deal and William Roy Ingram took the boy's bruised boy to an area hospital.
Deal was convicted of child neglect and Ingram of maliciously causing bodily injury.
Deal faces up to five years in jail while Ingram could get 20.
They'll be sentenced on February 19-th.

Falcon coach Dan Reeves returned to the sideline for the game.
The Falcons scored on their first possession Jamal Anderson gets hit and makes the nice spin move to score from the 2 and the Falcons led 7 to nothing.
Anderson gets the call again this time in the second quarter. He gets outside and rolls down the sideline diving over for the 43 yard T-D run and the Falcons led 14 to nothing.
San Francisco would close the gap in the second quarter when Steve Young puts it into the air and
