Sources tell News 7 Sullivan was arrested this afternoon, after a conversation with an undercover police officer.
That's when authorities found two large pipe bombs in Sullivan's pickup truck, which was parked outside a fast-food restaurant in Dublin.
The pipe bombs were removed after a state police agent wearing a protective suit attached the bag the devices were in- to a rope.
The bag was then pulled into a container and taken to a nearby landfill where it was detonated.
