The U-S Grand Jury says Dorothy Saunders stole the life savings of Alice and Bettie McNeil between 19-93 and 19-96.
She obtained power of attorney for the two women- -who were in their late 80's.
The McNeil sisters were evicted from the Woodhaven Nursing Home, because Saunders allegedly failed to pay the bill.
One of them died shortly afterwards.
Saunders named the house "Dora."
