When the crane finally lifted the rig from the crushed vehicle, 23-year old Abraham Navarette wasn't only alive, he was able to walk away from the crash.

In the ODAC last night Roanoke whipped Emory & Henry 99-to-76 while Hampden-Sydney hammered Washington & Lee 80-to-59.

The big game in the ACC and the country tonight was in Durham where second ranked Duke hosted 10th ranked North Carolina.
