that vote could make or break a proposal for an additional 13-hundred new jobs at Volvo.

This one does have a revised policy on new employees health insurance.

Workers fought for almost an hour to get a fully-loaded tractor trailer turned upright... AFTER it fell on top of a car, with a driver trapped inside.
When the crane finally lifted the rig from the crushed vehicle, 23-year old Abraham Navarette wasn't only alive, he was able to walk away from the crash. He was rushed to the hospital, but after a brief observation he was allowed to go home.

In the ODAC last night Roanoke whipped Emory & Henry 99-to-76 while Hampden-Sydney hammered Washington & Lee 80-to-59.

Tony Shaver's Tigers are the number one team in the ODAC and the NCAA's south region.
And last night the Tigers would make quick work of W&L as David Hobbs finds Brett Thompson underneath for the layin with the nice pass.
The Generals Will Ballard will hit this hoop for W&L on the pullup jumper. But the Generals already down by a dozen in the early going.

The big game in the ACC and the country tonight was in Durham where second ranked Duke hosted 10th ranked North Carolina.
