Amid peace efforts and international demands to halt the fighting, there's been more violence in Kosovo.
Two small bombs exploded last night in ethnic Albanian-run cafes killing one person and injuring two seriously.
U-S and European officials meet today with ethnic Albanian rebels in the troubled province.
There's still no word yet whether both sides in the conflict will be attending international peace talks this weekend in France.
NATO has threatened air strikes if the two sides don't agree to sit down and work out a political settlement.

It's a race against time for firefighters in Australia.

They're trying to build a line of defense against a wildfire that has already destroyed close to 250-thousand acres of bush along the border between the states of Victoria and South Australia.
Firefighters have been battling the blaze since it was sparked by lightning last Wednesday.
Crews are working to build fire walls to keep the fire from spreading to nearby towns.

A convicted child molester has returned to Southwest Virginia in police custody this morning.
Now he faces more criminal charges.

46-year old Roger Lee Crouch fled the area with his wife and 20-month old son Travis in December.
He was due to be sentenced on child molestation charges.
His case was featured on the T-V show, "America's Most Wanted."
Shortly afterward, authorities arrested the pair in Texas.

He served two four-year terms as governor--one as a Democrat in 1966 and the other as a Republican in 1974.
Governor Jim Gilmore said Godwin was a "truly historic and transitional figure in state government".
Gilmore has ordered all flags to be flown at half-staff for the next 30 days.
Godwin was 84 years old.

Intel's latest pentium chip comes with a feature not everbody wants... a serial number, that can be identified while you're on the web, letting other people know who you are and where you've been.
Intel has agreed to post free software allowing users to disable the serial number if they want to.
Prodigy was one of the first online services, operating since 1988, but it won't survive into the next Millenium. The original Prodigy classic with it's chat rooms and bulletin boards will shut down this October, The company says the old prodigy software isn't Y2k compliant.
Prodigy's new internet service will continue.
The prosecutor in the JonBenet Ramsey case is asking for help online.
He's posting a picture of a stuffed santa clause bear on the Boulder Colorado DA's website, asking people if they know where it was made or purchased. The bear is missing from the Ramsey House, police won't say why it's important.
The site has logged more than 10-thousand hits.

On Superbowl Sunday, the folks at the Los Angeles Water Department had another bowl on their minds... the toilet bowl.

This year the Los Angeles Water Department invited news crews to come and record how water use sky rockets during Superbowl half time.
And sure enough, the computer graphs showed an increase in water use.
You can see the yellow line on the graph slowly rising.
Officials say that toilet flushing during the half caused overall water use to increase by more than ten percent.
