City attorney Wil Dibling says he's quitting April first, but will stay in Roanoke.
He'll be working for Gentry, Locke, Rakes and Moore.

Manslaughter charges have been filed against a driver whose wrecker caused a chain- reaction pile up in Franklin County last week.

Michael Lee Gray was at the wheel of a rollback wrecker that hit a car on Route 220 last Monday.
The car hit the back of a school bus that was transporting students from Henry Elementary school.
The woman driving the car, Geraldine Gillispie, died instantly.
Her eight-year-old granddaughter, Emily Sturgil, was critically injured and later died at the hospital.
