Indictments have been handed up - and the charge is manslaughter for the driver whose wrecker plowed into a car in Franklin County last week.

Michael Lee Gray was at the wheel of a rollback wrecker that smashed into a car on Route 2-20 last Monday.
The car hit the rear end of a school bus that transporting students from Henry Elementary school.
The woman driving the car, Geraldine Gillispie, died instantly.
Her eight-year-old granddaughter, Emily Sturgil, was critically injured and later died at the hospital.

Mills Godwin died Saturday night at the age of 84.
He'll be memorialized at a church in Suffolk-- about a thousand people are expected to attend.

The driver whose wrecker plowed into a car in Franklin County last week now faces manslaughter charges.
Geraldine Gillispie of Bassett, died in the collision-- her eight-year-old granddaughter, Emily Sturgil, died later at the hospital.
