The most serious charges will be dropped against members of the Phi Kappa Sigma fraternity at Virginia Tech.
The prosecutor says felony abduction and grand larceny charges will be dismissed... though the misdemeanor case against Nicolas De Sarno still stands .
He's charged with indecent exposure and sexual battery.
The case was the result of a performance at the frat house last year where a dispute arose between members of the fraternity and an exotic dancer from Roanoke.
The men wanted their money back after the woman refused to take off all of her clothes.
The prosecutor says it could have been handled better, but the incident did not amount to abduction.[5-FEATURE
