Apparently the health department agrees-- keeping the restaurant closed after RE- inspecting it this morning.
The Star City Diner's doors have been shut since Friday, when health officials cited it for roaches and rotten food.
Owner Spanky Macher concedes to SOME infestation in the building, but says he's working on the problem.
Macher says he also complied with the health department's request for a higher dishwasher temperatures and repaired floor tiles.
He's blaming his latest woes on a couple of disgruntled employees...

The three car accident happened shortly before 6 on Claiborne Street.
Police say Sylvester Waverly Hood ran the Lexus he was driving into a car driven by Arlene Chamber.
That crash caused Chamber to collide into another vehicle driven by Thomas Keen.
Chamber and her teenage passenger were treated and released from the hospital.
So were Keen and the four children who were riding in his car.
Police say Hood fled the accident scene on foot with a small child.
The investigation continues.

The 16-year old jumped out of a second story window at the Marion State Hospital and had not been seen until this morning.

Family members say someone recognized Schaffer's picture and called the police. The boy was found at his girlfriend's home in Salem.

His family was concerned after Schaffer attempted suicide numerous times while at The Coyner Springs Juvenile Detention Center last month. Authorities have returned Schaffer to the state hospital.

Celebrex is the first new arthritis drug in almost a decade. And the experts who keep track of these things say it's the second-fastest-selling new drug, after Viagra.

Celebrex is no better at relieving pain than aspirin. But it's far less likely to cause severe stomach problems like bleeding ulcers.

But that isn't what Tonya is saying.
Harding is telling reporters the Association's letting her back into the sport.
