Last Friday the fire chief's son Matt Wilmer and another juvenile were also charged with setting fire to (Ur-lean) Erline Ritche's barn last year.
The charges come about a year after Wilmer was convicted of burning down another barn in the area.

The switch- hitting utility player worked out with the Padres for two days LAST YEAR, making one appearance as a pinch runner.
Brooks and the Padres deny any type of publicity stunt, even though the singer IS promoting a new baseball- related children's charity.
Padres manager Bruce Bochy says he thinks the 37- year old rookie will bring "a lot of enthusiasm and hard work into camp," but adds that Brooks has no chance of making the major league squad.
