Police are still trying to sort out what happened during an armed robbery at a home in Northwest Roanoke last night.

Three masked men entered Koa (coe-uh) Mack's home on Salem Turnpike around 6:30.
By the time police arrived- -responding to reports of "shots fired," Ms Mack was in her car heading to an apartment on Milton Street.
Police followed her and found two injured men AND the items taken from Mack's apartment: checks, cash, jewelry and a cellular phone.
Authorities are still investigating.
They haven't released the suspects' names.

35-year old Peggy Irene Hanna is being held at the Roanoke County jail on murder-for-hire charges.

She was arrested Monday, arraigned Wednesday, and is being held without bond.
