A woman murdered in her own home over the weekend was probably killed by a screwdriver or ice pick. That's the word from a medical examiner.
So far, no arrest in the death of Tammy Marie Blair.

37- year old George Quesinberry, Junior is slated to die by lethal injection.
In 1989, Quesinberry shot a Richmond area businessman after burglarizing his store.
He's appealed and asked for clemency based on a childhood of abuse.
According to his lawyers, that includes watching his mother shoot herself to death at age two, being raped by a grandfather before he turned four, years of physical abuse, and two serious head injuries.

A grand jury will be next to weigh the evidence against Peggy Jo Sullivan, the suspect in a pipe bomb incident earlier this year.

Sullivan was arrested in January after allegedly trying to hire an undercover police officer to kill her former boyfriend.

Two homemade bombs were later found inside her pickup truck parked outside a Dublin fast food restaurant.
No new information was revealed during today's preliminary hearing.
Sullivan stipulated the evidence against her was sufficient, so the judge merely forwarded the case to a grand jury.

She's also charged with manufacturing the bombs and transporting them.

You've probably seen more of troopers on the highways... and heard more warnings.
But just how "stepped up" is traffic enforcement?

9-year old Kandis Joyce died Friday at Duke University Medical Center where she was being treated for the disease.

Hundreds of people had their blood tested to see if they would be a match for Kandis.
While Kandis could not be helped, other people may because so many new donors are listed on the national bone marrow registry.
