Sullivan was arrested in the parking lot of a Dublin fast food restaurant in January after she allegedly tried to hire an undercover police officer to kill her former boyfriend.
After taking Sullivan into custody, investigators discovered two homemade pipe bombs inside her pickup truck.
Last month, a Pulaski County grand jury indicted Sullivan on two other felony charges.
She's now accused of manufacturing the bombs and also of transporting them in her truck.
