Investigators looking into Monday's Amtrak crash want to know where the fuel spill came from.
When the crash occurred, fuel ignited and burned the sleeper car where all the victims were killed.
The train's state-of-the-art armored fuel tanks aren't supposed to leak in a crash, and investigators originally thought the fuel tanks were intact... but they don't know where the spilled fuel came from, so they're taking another look at the tanks.
Meanwhile a witness has reportedly come forward, telling investigators he SAW a tractor trailer pull around the lowered crossing gates into the path of the train.
