The train collided with a truck last Monday.
Investigators are still poring over the train cars and engines.
They're focusing in part on why the locomotives spilled fuel that went up in flames, when they were specially designed to prevent that from happening.

A witness has told investigators the truckdriver disobeyed the warning gates and crossed the tracks causing the accident.

Tyler Overstreet from Salem was the first runner up. She won a total of 33- hundred dollars for college.
Dozens of young women competed in last night's event held at Patrick Henry High School.

Police have charged Randy Ross with capital murder and Keirstin (Keer-sten) Davis with first degree murder in connection with the shooting.
According to transcripts from a joint hearing, a wounded Poindexter pleaded for help just before one of the teens reportedly shot him several times in the head.
Both teens are now awaiting trial.
If convicted Ross could get the death penalty.

It took off again hours later after repairs.

A snow storm forced investigators to call off yesterday's search.
Three women have been missing since February 15th when they went on a sightseeing trip to Yosemite National Park.
Their burned out rental car was found Thursday with two badly burned bodies in the trunk.
Investigators have taken personal items from the car as evidence and a half mile stretch of highway remains a crime scene.
A positive I-D on the bodies won't be known until tomorrow.
Investigators believe more than one person was involved in the crime.

It was one of the few times the congregation had to relocate.

Jeff Gordon took the checkered flag at yesterday's Cracker Barrell 500--his second win of the season and his 44-th career victory.

Bobby Labonte, who started on the pole, would dominate the early laps of the race and he was the leader with 287 laps left to go.
South Boston's Ward Burton, a second place finisher last week, was in the thick of the race battling Jeff Gordon for third place.
Then the caution flag came out because of showers on one end of the track.
When they got back to racing Jeff Gordon motored his way to the front taking the lead from Mike Skinner on lap 174.
Geoffery Bodine ran into some trouble as he hits the outside wall of the track and then slides down to the inside bringing out the caution.
Gordon took the lead with 69 laps to go and he used a quick pit stop near the end of the race to hold the lead and win the Cracker Barrel 500 at the Atlanta Motor Speedway.
