The Board of Supervisors last night approved a conditional use permit-- over the objections of Pleasant Hill Drive residents, who are worried about safety.
But as Eric Earnhart reports, everyone could emerge a winner.

They found a small caliber, semi- automatic handgun about forty feet from shore.
Investigators say there's a "good chance" it's the gun used to kill 35-year old Nick Olivarri last September.
Olivarri's wife and another man have been charged with his murder.
