The pilot of a U.S. plane that went down over Yugoslavia today, has been rescued.
The plane was a F-117-A "Stealth" fighter.
The pilot was picked up by a combat rescue team.
Pentagon officials haven't released details of the rescue, and are only saying everyone is safe.
They say they don't yet know whether the plane was shot down or malfunctioned.

Relatives of one of the girls involved in the UVA baby-switching case believe Paula Johnson may be opposing their settlement to get more money for herself.

Johnson is the mother of Callie Marie Johnson who was switched at birth with Rebecca Chittum in 1995.
The Chittum and Rogers family agreed to a two-million dollar settlement with the state to compensate for the switch.

But, Johnson said that amount isn't enough.
She also said she has the right to approve any agreement.
Rebecca Chittum's relatives feel Johnson could be opposing the deal to try and get a bigger settlement for herself.

The plan is to move five people who were charged with violent crimes into the training center.
Those patients were not convicted because of their mental conditions.

Tuition fees for some James Madison University students will actually decrease next school year.
The university's Board of Visitors cut tuition by 390 dollars for in-state students--bringing the total to just about 1,500 dollars.
The cut was made to comply with a 20 percent reduction all of the state's public colleges were required to make.
Out of state J-M-U students aren't so lucky though. Their tuition fees will increase by 2-point-9 percent.

This rare, candid photo captures R-J, his wife Catherine, and their children.
Opened to the public since 19-70, about a thousand tourists stroll through the home each year.

But N-B-A officials say Jordan is negotiating to buy a share of the Charlotte Hornets.
In a statement released this morning from commissioner David Stern said Jordan has been talking with Hornets owner George Shinn about purchasing a 50 per cent share of the team.
Shinn released a statement saying he was hopeful of completing the deal with Jordan. Neither Jordan or his agent David Falk could be reached for comment.

Martin would put his car in the front when Matt Kenseth developed problems and was forced to drop back in the field.
The race was delayed earlier by rain and Nascar officials called it a day when the latest showers hit the track on lap 163.

Waltrip qualified 32-nd with a speed of 186 pointg 554.
But the fastest driver during second round qualifying was Geoffery Bodine. His speed of 189 point 447 put him in the 26-th starting position.

Bob Duval is the leader after 2 rounds of the Senior P-G-A's Emerald Coast Classic. Duval shot a 2 under par 68 giving him a total 129, 11 under par and a three shot lead over Buzz Thomas
