Russia's Prime Minister is reportedly pleased with the outcome of his talk today with Yugoslavian President Slobodan Milosevic.
A Russian news agency reports the conversation lasted a few hours longer than expected.
But NATO officials say the alliance is still engaging in a round-the-clock offensive against Yugoslavia -- striking at air defenses, military infrastructure and troops.
The stepped-up effort is to diminish Serb attacks on Kosovar Albanians.
