Schweitzer pleaded guilty to obstruction of justice, in connection with last year's incident.
Yesterday, the jury heard from several character witnesses.

Authorities in Henry County are looking for a man who tried to rob a bank.
The suspect went into a Crestar branch on Route 220 south of Martinsville yesterday with a handgun and demanded money.
He used the gun to pound on a bulletproof glass shield at the teller counter, but the shield held and helped foil the robbery.
Police are looking for a brown or burgundy Honda Civic the would-be robber may have been driving.
