The U.S. Supreme Court this morning agreed to have a full hearing on the Danville man's appeal.
The court had granted a temporary stay last week.

Yugoslavian television is attacking NATO.

The state-run television station, R-T-S, has released pictures of a dead woman, claiming she was killed in a NATO airstrike.
Yugoslav media says at least three people were killed and 17 injured in strikes across the country overnight.

Henderson is charged with last year's murder, kidnapping, and robbery in the deadly attack on Matthew Shepard.

Despite the delay, gay and anti- gay demonstrations are still planned today.
Another suspect faces trial in August for the killing.

Thousands of Virginia shipyard workers are on strike this afternoon.
Members of the United Steelworkers union formed picket lines outside Newport News Shipbuilding early this morning.
The union represents the shipyard's 92-hundred hourly employees.
Workers want an across-the board hourly pay increase.
The company said it will continue operations using salaried employees.
This is the first strike at the shipyard in twenty years.

In Belgrade itself, independent radio station B-92 is struggling to survive.

The event brings attention to the cherry trees surrounding the Tidal Basin in East and West Potomac Parks on the Nation's Mall.
The three- thousand cherry trees were a gift to Washington from the city of Tokyo back in 19-12.
This year's festival runs until Sunday.
