The three American soldiers captured last week by Yugoslavia could soon be free.
Government leaders from Cyprus and Greece are working to get the prisoners handed over to them as early as today.
But despite movement towards releasing the soldiers and a promised ceasefire, NATO and the U-S remain committed to making the Yugoslav government comply with all demands for peace.

All 140 state lawmakers are back in Richmond for a one day session to approve or try to override the Governor's vetoes and amendments to their work from earlier this year.
Among the final firefights expected over spending priorities: the Governor axed a four million dollar renovation to Virginia Tech's dairy barn to help pay for more school teachers.
