Another death row inmate is scheduled for execution tomorrow night.
36 year old Carl Chichester is set to die for shooting a Manassas pizza shop manager.
Chichester's attorneys have a final appeal pending in the Supreme Court and have asked Governor Gilmore for clemancy.
His lawyers say Chichester isn't the man who shot 30 year old Timothy Rigney in August 1991.
Rigney was shot in the chest by one of two masked men during a robbery.
Of four witnesses to the slaying, two said Chichester shot Rigney.
One was unsure who fired, and the fourth couldn't be found to testify at the trial.

An autospy will be conducted today on human remains found last week in Pittsylvania County.
From belongings found on the remains, the deceased has been identified as 78-year old Howard Eddie Logan of Danville.
Authorities with the Pittsylvania County Sheriff's Department said Logan was in the early stages of Alzheimer's.
