As part of a plea agreement, Bryant will plead guilty to money laundering and wire fraud at a May 17-th hearing in U-S District court in Roanoke.
Federal prosecutors will ask that Bryant be sentenced to five years in prison and be forced to repay his victims 2-point-5 million dollars.
In September, Prosecutors said the money was allegedly used to pay for Bryant's personal expenses and gambling debts.

Doctor Jack Kevorkian should learn his fate today...after being convicted of second-degree murder for the death broadcast on "60 Minutes."
Kevorkian was convicted last September.
He injected Thomas Youk, who was suffering from Lou Gehrig's disease, with a lethal dose of drugs.
Kevorkian also videotaped the death, and challenged prosecutors to convict him.
He has maintained that there's nothing wrong with helping someone end his own life when he's suffering as much as Youk was.
Kevorkian has said he will starve himself to death if he's forced to spend time in prison.

On that program, Amedure revealed he was sexually attracted to Schmitz.
Amedure's family wants 50-million dollars.

In Carroll County, two tractor trailers were blown over almost simultaneously on Interstate 77.
State Police say wind gusts were clocked at as much as 127 miles per hour in the area.
