Some major developments this afternoon in the NATO conflict with Serbia.
A NATO air strike has reportedly killed dozens of people who were in a convoy of ethnic Albanian refugees in Kosovo.
A NATO military spokesman says the alliance is investigating the report, but can't confirm it.
Meantime the Pentagon says it is now ready to call up several thousands reservisits to boost the NATO air War.
And Germany is now the latest European Country to offer a cease fire proposal in Yugoslavia.

But it's real life for Maria Grasso who today came forward with the 197 million dollar big game ticket, making her the biggest INDIVIDUAL lottery prize winner in U-S history.
Grasso has been working in Boston as a babysitter since 19-96.

Independent Counsel Kenneth Starr traveled to Capitol Hill today to tell a Senate panel that he opposes the very law that created his position.

In his testimony, Starr complained that the law has inherent weaknesses and violates the constitution.
And he raises concerns about the cost and length of many independent counsel investigations.
Still he stands by his investigation of president Clinton.

Univeral studios introduces T-2 3-D, its newest ride.
It's base on Arnold Scwarzenegger's hit movie Terminator 2.
Mr. Schwarzenegger himself helped unveil the ride, with explosions, helicopter manueverings and spectacular stunt work.
The latest Universal Studio adventure ride is a multi-million dollar project from Oscar winning director James Cameron.
It opens to the public May 6.

The Indians would add two more runs in the second. Zach Sorensen takes the offering from Josh Kalinowski and knocks it into center field. Indians up three- nothing.
