Some major developments this afternoon in the NATO conflict with Serbia.
A NATO air strike has reportedly killed dozens of people who were in a convoy of ethnic Albanian refugees in Kosovo.
A NATO military spokesman says the alliance is investigating the report, but can't confirm it.
Meantime the Pentagon says it is now ready to call up several thousands reservisits to boost the NATO air War.
And Germany is now the latest European Country to offer a cease fire proposal in Yugoslavia.

It's base on Arnold Scwarzenegger's hit movie Terminator 2.
Mr. Schwarzenegger himself helped unveil the ride, with explosions, helicopter manueverings and spectacular stunt work.
The latest Universal Studio adventure ride is a multi-million dollar project from Oscar winning director James Cameron.
It opens to the public May 6.
