But Fulcher says he only collected this evidence to give to federal agents.
He used to be a D-E-A informant.

An argument at a nursing home reportedly resulted in one woman's death and charges against another woman
Police have charged 76-year old Lillie Redd of Charlotte Courthouse with killing a 90-year old resident of the Berry Hill Nursing home.
Police say Redd pushed Mary Perkins to the floor last week, where she struck her head.
Perkins died later at the hospital.
Police aren't saying what the two women were arguing about.

A grand jury this week indicted a Giles County teacher for allegedly having sex with a former student.
Ricky Gene Lee has been suspended from his job at Giles High school pending the outcome of the case.

Strawberry was arrersted in Tampa and charged with possession of cocaine and soliciting a prositute.
The 37 year old outfielder, and eight time all star, says the small amount of cocaine police discovered in a 20 dollar bill in his wallet may have belonged to his wife's uncle who used the vehicle the previous night.
He also said he was joking with an undercover officer about sex.

Liberty University has started a search for a new head women's basketball coach to replace Rick Reeves who will coach the ladies team at Southern Mississippi.

Guard William Avery announced today that he's giving up his final two years of eligibilty to enter the Draftt.
Krzyzewski says research has shown that entering the draft would not be in Avery's best interest and he's not in favor of Avery's decision.

The Indianapolis Colts traded Marshall Faulk to the Rrams for undisclosed draft picks. Rams coach Dick Vermeil says it does not include the Rams first round pick, which is sixth overall.
The Colts, with the fourth pick overall, are one of the teams considering Texas running back Ricky Williams.
Faulk rushed for 13-hundred yards caught 86 passes for 908 yards and scored 10 touchdowns.

Curiosity didn't kill this tom cat - but it kept him stranded atop an electricity pole in the rain today.
The cat crawled to the top for a birds-eye view - but did not have the courage to come back down.
With the help of the feline's human friends, he was able to make it back to the ground safely.
