Ricky Gene Lee was indicted this week by a grand jury.
Lee teaches health, physical education and drivers ed at Giles High school.
According to the indictment, the alleged offense occurred almost NINE years ago.

Four guards were arrested but federal agents say Mike Fulcher was the drug KINGPIN.
His mother Ethel is charged with laundering more than 10-thousand-dollars in drug money that her son mailed her from prison.

A new study is once again raising the question: Do bone marrow transplants help increase survival rates for breast cancer patients? Some studies found bone marrow transplants don't help women with advanced breast cancer live longer. But a new report is the first to provide solid information of it's benefits. The aggressive treatment uses ultrahigh doses of chemotherapy followed by a bone marrow transplant. The marrow transplant is to repair the immune system destruction caused by the high-dose therapy. The National Cancer Institute says the overall findings are not promising.

Scientists at San Francisco State University say they have found three planets orbiting the star Upsilon Andromedae just 44 light years away.
The scientists suggest it is the right distance from its sun to support life.
Astronomers already knew one planet was circulating around the star.
They discovered the other planets by observing their gravitational pull on the star.
It's the first time an actual solar system with multiple planets has been located.

Chris Tumbaga found that letting his customers entertain themselves on a Karoke machine takes the sting out of waiting in traffic jams.
The machine comes complete with a small monitor that displays the lyrics to guide the passengers.
The idea is apparently a big hit.
Tumbaga says it's helping him earn more money.
