In a surprising reversal, federal judge Jackson Kiser today said he'd probably re-instate a sexual discrimination lawsuit against V-M-I, and let the government keep its eye on the school for at least another two years.

Attorneys for V-M-I say everything's going well, and that the government is simply trying to micro-manage the school.

Bedford County lures and arrests another presumed pedophile by using the Internet.
Early this afternoon 47-year-old, Raymond Canupp, known as Dr. Evil, came to Eastern Bedford from Charlotte, North Carolina.
Police say he was there to meet with a 13-year-old girl he met over the Internet.
