The search for a Salem fugitive ends in suicide.
Christopher Robert Dart was wanted in connection with an abduction and armed robbery. He was also a suspect in the West Virginia murder of his father.
The Wyoming highway patrol began pursuing him yesterday after he left a gas station without paying.
When authorites caught up with him, he pulled out a handgun and fatally shot himself.

They say Fulcher mailed more than ten thousand dollars in drug revenue to his mother in Roanoke -- who then laundered the money through P.O. boxes and fake accounts.
But Fulcher says he only collected this evidence to give to federal agents.
He used to be a D-E-A informant.

A small fire overnight caused some patients at Allegheny Regional Hospital to be relocated.
A hospital administrator says the blaze broke out at about 12-30 this morning in the medical surgical unit. No one had to be evacuated, although a few patients had to be transferred to a different unit.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
