A 20-year tenant of Roanoke's Towers Mall could be leaving.

S and S Cafeteria has not renewed its lease.
The mall's leasing agent says the cafeteria will close on June first.
S and S says it would like to find a way to stay in Roanoke.
Also at Towers ... Mae's Fabric store is going out of business.
And in the next couple of weeks, a new pizza place will open.
There also are plans to put new stores where the theater used to be.
The mall's leasing agent said this is all part of a retail evolution.
And she would like a nationally recognized clothing store to move into the cafeteria's space once S and S moves out.
