Former Hokie Quarterback Jim Druckenmiller has been accused of non-consensual intercourse by a woman in Montgomery County.

[super=03-Charlotte/1997]
An indictment against Druckenmiller was ordered unsealed tonight by Circuit Judge Ray Grubbs, but the ruling came after the Court Clerk's Office had closed. Apparently even his own lawyers have not seen the indictment.
News 7 has learned, however, that the allegations come from a woman who had sex with Druckenmiller following a night of partying in Blacksburg in early March.
Sources close to the case say there's no dispute... the two had sex, but Druckenmiller says it WAS consensual.

Nonetheless the grand jury returned an indictment against Druckenmiller April 13th.
Druckenmiller is a back-up quarterback with the San Francisco 49-ers.

As Littleton, Colorado, tried to cope with its grief investigators
continued to scour Columbine High looking for clues into the nation's
worst school massacre.
It's a surreal scene, with windows boarded up, the school sign still
welcoming the band.
Investigators have told CBS News that now more than FIFTY bombs have
been recovered.
And not just simple ones.
So sophisticated that police believe the two suspects had help.
John Stone, Jefferson County Sheriff:
"I don't know how two people could have brought these in here. And this
is widening our net in this investigation."
Officials say it could be days before they complete their search of the high school.
The investigation is centering on the library, where 12 students died,
including the two apparent killers Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold.
It's a massive crime scene, but school officials hope the community can
start the healing process and move on...
Jane Hammond, School Board official:
The students are saying we want to be back together...we want to be in
school...we want to be with our teachers.
Attorney General Janet Reno came here to help jump start that healing
process.
She came to listen to this shattered community, hoping to avert the NEXT
school tragedy.
She also offered a word of encouragement.

((Since joing the Atlantic 10 three years ago the men's and women's tennis teams at Tech have dominated the conference.
Both teams have won three straight conference title's and they're gunning for a fourth this weekend.
The women are the only ranked team in the conference. Tech has been ranked as high as 27 and currently the Lady Hokies are ranked 44-th. ))
((ANNE THOMPSON/VIRGINIA TECH HEAD COACH:))
((Experience has been the key for the Lady's this season. Over four years, Five seniors have helped the program compile a 72 and 23 record.
And last years experience in the N-C-A-A tournament has the team geared up for the conference championship.))
