The judge in the Bland Prison Drug conspiracy case today scoffed at the lead defendant's claim, that he was only POSING as a drug dealer in order to gather information for authorities.
Federal Judge Jackson Kiser said if the tale is true, Inmate Michael Fulcher was "on his own ticket without any government supervision."

Tobacco companies sued, and an appeals court ruled last summer the F-D-A has no power to regulate tobacco.
