The 13-year old student is charged with placing a device in the boys room that may have been designed to look like a bomb.
It was actually a couple of batteries wrapped in duct tape.
The arrest was made Wednesday, based on information provided by other students at Woodrow Wilson.

They say volunteers are NOT enough -- a professional should be paid to do these jobs.
But when Hilde Hussa, who directs the lake's policy advisory board, suggested this idea last summer, business leaders said she gave the lake a bad image and should be fired.
Hussa is NOT on this water quality task force.

Larry Gene Cole is now accused of murdering an Oregon park ranger and trying to kill another.
