First, G-T-E and Bell Atlantic are donating a toll free anonymous hotline and a website, for students to report on suspicious activity they think might lead to violence.

And school resource officers will be given the kind of tactical training that SWAT teams get.

Harvard researchers followed the eating habits of thousands of women for over a decade. They found the fat free dressings aren't healthier. The healthiest were the oil based versions like Italian and Creamy dressings.
Those contain a healthy fat called linolenic acid that actually clears out the blockages that cause heart attacks.
Harvard researchers say the fat free dressings prevent people from getting that healthy fat.
Of course those regular dressings have more calories, so don't overdo it. But the researchers say you are better off getting that kind of fat.

Heroin and Ecstasy may have caused the death of Dallas Cowboy lineman Mark Tuinei.

Tuinei was found dead at his home on Thursday.
According to court documents, teammate Nicky Sualua told police that Tuinei had a bad reaction to heroin after taking Ecstasy earlier on Wednesday night.
Sualua says he stayed with Tuinei through the night and woke up to find him not breathing.
Toxicology reports are not available yet.
Tuinei was 39.

Amy Fisher walked out of prison today a free woman.

She went in the slammer after she shot her lovers wife in the head-
Now after serving nearly seven years, 24-year old Fisher is out. She won parole with the help of her victim Mary Jo Buttafuoco who survived the shooting and later publically forgave Fisher.
Fisher had no comment as she left a New York State Prison.
She left for the drive to Long Island with her mother, her lawyer, a photographer and publicist.
Amy Fisher will reportedly begin her new life with an entry level job in the fashion industry.
