Identical twin brothers will not face trial until August for the murder of a man inside a crowded Blacksburg nightspot.

Terry and Kerry Scales were originally scheduled to go on trial today.
They're accused of shooting and killing a Florida man inside Arnold's restaurant in August, 1997.

It appears money may be set aside for an additional study dealing with traffic congestion where Interstates 77 and 81 overlap in Wythe County.

The Virginia Commonwealth Transportation Board has tentatively approved 2-point-5 million dollars for the project in its upcoming budget.
An earlier study looked at ways to widen Interstate 81.
It also examined the possibility of separating the two interstates.
