Jeremy Cultice says he was just 14- years old when he and a teacher at the Christian school he attended in Radford began a sexual relationship.
It's an accusation that could send Cynthia Carroll to prison for 70- years.

Teresa Hamilton was in court this morning when Carroll pleaded NO contest to the charges.
She later spoke with the young man who says he wishes he would have come forward years ago.

Crystal Cultice did NOT know Jeremy when he was a student at the Three Angels Christian school in Radford.
But she says what went on inside those walls in the early 1990's still affects her husband.
Jeremy Cultice, who's now 21, says he was 14 when he and Cynthia Carroll began a sexual relationship that would carry on for years.
Carroll, who's now 34, was the school's principal and teacher.
Cultice says he knew it was wrong and wanted to tell someone.
But says he couldn't find the courage until last year-- when he finally broke his silence.

An internet toy company is bringing hundreds of new jobs to Pittsylvania County.
"e-Toys" announced just an hour ago that it will base its East Coast distribution center in Blairs, which is just north of Danville.
"e-Toys" expects to bring 330 full-time and 900 Christmas season jobs to the area. The company will open its new facility in July of next year.

The family of a Montvale man killed in an industrial accident has a theory on how Lewis Wheeler, Junior, died.
In a 10-million dollar lawsuit, they say Wheeler was trapped inside an "automatic press" when the machine went into operation without warning.

It's a one-million-dollar gift to Virginia kids that Toys-R-Us didn't necessarily want to give.

It will pay a total of 50-million dollars.
Toys R Us and three toy makers were accused of conspiring to keep toys out of discount stores.
That took away competition and artificially raised prices.
