A convicted child molester who fled Virginia before he could be sent to prison- is back in custody and he's been found guilty of failure to appear in court.

46- year- old Roger Lee Crouch pleaded guilty to the felony charge today.
Crouch had been found guilty last year of two counts of taking indecent liberties with two young girls.
But he left the state before he could be sentenced on those charges.
Police later caught up with crouch near Corpus Christi, Texas.
He now faces up to 15 years in prison on all three felonies.. sentencing will take place in July.

At today's hearing, Druckenmiller's attorneys argued for more access to witness statements-- saying prosecutors have been withholding information that could help clear their client.
But prosecutors argued they've been cooperative.
The judge did NOT make a decision today.
Instead-- he continued the matter after arguing between the two sides intensified.

A television news helicopter spotted the 20 year old who had been missing in the Columbia Gorge in Oregon.
The pilot and cameraman spotted the young man this morning carrying a blue sleeping bag and waving metal pans to signal help.
Jason Neville also set up a blue tarp nearby- and made a small campfire.
Neville is the Grandson of former Louisiana Governor David Treen who is now running for Congress.

Diabetics have a new treatment that offers less chances of liver damage.

The Food and Drug Administration has approved Avandia. In testing the drug dramatically lowered patients' blood sugar levels without causing liver problems sometimes associated with its competitor Rezulin.
However since the drug is new, the F-D-A urges patients using Avandia to get their livers checked routinely anyway.
