President Clinton says he welcomes the news that Serbia's parliament has
agreed to a peace deal. But that allied leaders have no plans to call
off the air strikes just yet.

In fact, the bombing continued even as Yugoslav President Milosevic
began the first of two meetings with Russian and European envoys
yesterday. When their talks ended this morning, Serbian leaders
overwhelmingly approved the deal_some feeling there was no option left.

In that two months, hundreds of thousands of refugees have fled Kosovo.
NATO insists a deal must allow for an armed international peacekeeping
force to help the ethnic Albanians return. What is still unclear--
whether leaders in Belgrade have accepted this part of the plan
unconditionally.

failure could have contributed to the crash. they will also look at the
drainage at the airport to see if the pounding rain and hail may have

exactly what the flight crew knew about the weather conditions moments
before the crash. airline officials and frined of the pilot say he was
one of the best they've seen and would not have taken any chances. some

Kent McNew was suspended shortly after the high school massacre in Colorado, for showing up with blue hair.
