Some major developments in the conflict in Kosovo.
Both Yugoslavia's parliament and the government of Slobodan Milosevic have approved a Western-backed peace deal.
But, the plan provides for a series of steps, including the withdrawal of Yugoslav troops, before NATO will halt its attacks.
The Pentagon calls today's development a hopeful sign but is waiting to hear more details.
Until then U-S officials say the air campaign against Yugoslavia will continue.
