Now there's been two major changes in the hospital's administration.
John Faulkner has resigned as chief executive officer and is no longer involved in the day- to- day operations of the hospital.
And According to a hospital press release, the chief financial officer-- Alan Smith-- is no longer employed by the hospital.
Earlier in the month, the chairman of the hospital's board of directors stepped down ... but insisted his resignation had nothing to do with the money problems.
The board of trustees says the changes will insure the continued delivery of high-quality, cost-effective care.

Heard has been an assistant coach through 12 NBA seasons under Larry Brown and Dick Motta.
