He's on a cross country train trip of terror.
And at this hour, the F-B-I in Houston is presenting its latest information on their search for serial killer Rafeal Resendez -Ramirez.

[VO-NAT]
[SUPER=@File;]

Agents believe Ramirez stayed at a homeless shelter in Louisville, Kentucky last week.
He's already wanted for one murder in that state and has been linked to several others in two other states.
Investigators believe the 38 year old Mexican is a master of disguises and is making his way from town to town by hopping freight trains.
As we said, the F-B-I is briefing the media on developments in the manhunt. We will take you there live when it begins.

Virginia lawmakers are pledging new efforts to cut college tuition bills.
State officials say they are dismayed by a report this week that says the recently approved 20 per cent tuition cut will have a very limited impact.
The reason: Virginia's 15 public colleges raised NON-educational fees, like room and board, to the point that little of that 20 per cent cut was left.

For others, it's a question of rights.
The House today is expected to approve a constitutional amendment to outlaw flag burning.
But the measure is likely to suffer another defeat when it winds up in the Senate.

Thirty one year old David Poff will spend nearly three years in prison for injuring two people while driving drunk.
Prosecutors say before the maiming law went into effect, Poff would have faced only a maximum of 12 months behind bars.
When Poff's car slammed into another vehicle March 7th, the driver was left in a coma for three weeks and her passenger suffered a collapsed lung.[Tease2] [SOFT MUSIC UNDER]

This is what some American toursim companies have in mind, an airplane, flying on the outer reaches of the earth's atmospher, releasing a smaller rocket to transport tourists to the moon and beyond.
Okay, so it sounds far fetched, but the idea has the support of the orginal moonwalker, Buzz Aldrin.
