The Bedford County Sheriff's Office is searching for a missing Evington man they believe may have drowned at Smith Mountain Lake.
Divers have spend most of the day looking for 34 year-old Hank Edward Little near Mariner's Landing.

Little was last seen alive 10:30 Thursday night when he told his friends he was going for a swim.
He was wearing long pants and military style boots.
Authorities will continue their search of the lake tomorrow.

A police chase through Forrest tonight leaves one driver facing a charge of attempted malicious wounding.
A deputy tried to pull over a car traveling on Route 221-because it apparently had expired tags.
The car didn't stop- instead the driver led police on a chase...that ended at Lake Vista after a police car was rammed.
Three people were in the suspect vehicle-2 jumped in the lake and tried to escape from authorities...But all three were taken into custody.
Police are trying to determine the contents in a brown bag thrown out of the car before the chase ended.

Doctor J acknowledged that he had a relationship with the girls' mother in 1980. He says his wife and all of his children are aware of the situation, and that he has been supporting her financially since birth.
